Woke up to breakfast and a few more hours to go to Singapore. I remember that I had a sudden craving when I was poking around my omelette - I really wanted to have some Nasi Lemak when I got back home. And I did :)

I suppose it’s safe to say that food on SQ’s long-haul flights is generally better than those served on its regional flights. I had the Fried Noodles and Curry-Spiced Chicken Thigh for dinner on the flight headed for Frankfurt, and it was really good, certainly much more than what I would have expected of in-flight food. I also remembered it to be the subject of envy for a couple of people around me haha.

I seriously did not expect that I would be having Roti Prata for breakfast, not when I was departing from Frankfurt and headed for New York. Somehow, the feeling was just superb I tell you, just imagine piping hot prata with chicken curry in a cold airplane. Lovely.
